This is a personal development instrument as well as a fantastic game to play as a group or as a couple, and even as a family. Developed by Totem Team Inc. it has become a great instrument for many of my clients/patients in finding a new way to get the conversation going in the process of self-discovery.

Totem of course is your spirit animal and main quality. With this game, you can see and feel what others think about you and what you think and feel about yourself.

The Rules of the Game:
First from an Animal category and then from Quality Category pick the animal and quality that best describes those that you are playing with. So if 4 people are playing, each player will have 4 combinations, you then rank the combinations selected for and about you and discuss with another player why they thought to pick these two cards for you and why you can relate or not to it.
